Return Policy

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold on www.luvieessentials.com

Although this is a very rare and unlikely occurrence like a zombie apocalypse, if you receive a product that is “wrong” or “expired”, we have got you covered. We would be happy to replace the product(s) for you or offer you a refund. However return is not applicable for change of mind.

Wrong product – Any product that is different from the product that is ordered through Luvie Essentials

Expired Product – Any product which is past it’s expiry date or is going to expire in 4 weeks from the date of receipt

Follow the below steps for easy returns.

Return request to be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

You may raise a request by writing to us on customercare@luvieessentials.com. The request should be raised within the time specified in the above schedule.

The customer has to upload pictures / images of wrong / expired products. The wrong or expired product should be clearly visible in the picture / image.

On receipt of the return request, we may arrange the pickup for most of the regions.

The product to be returned should be finely packed in the return package with original packing and tags.

We will process 100% refunds once we receive & review the product at our end.

The refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters meeting our return policy.

In a case that your your PIN code doesn’t fall in our purview or we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and shall refund your amount if your order meets the requirements listed in the refund policy.

In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. On receipt of the product at our end, we can refund or replace the product.

Cancellation Policy:

At Luvie Essentials we believe in helping our customers as far as possible and has, therefore, an easy return policy. However, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Luvie Essentials or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts. Orders paid online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will be refunded only to your bank account within 7-21 working days from approval of refund request.

Disclaimer :

If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID, PIN, Password, or any credit, debit card number or net banking login/password, if applicable), then you agree to immediately notify Luvie Essentials and indemnify Luvie Essentials from any liabilities that may arise from the misuse of your account. Under no circumstances does Luvie Essentials ask for your confidential information

1. We will never call you to ask your credit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc.
2. We will never ask you your ATM Pin or your online password
